This presentation will focus on how to handle bottlenecks and/or constraints in their product delivery through optimizing the value stream. The speaker will explore the Theory of Constraints (TOC) to help participants manage the value stream. Participants will examine the value stream, identify the constraints or bottlenecks of product delivery, and apply the theory to deal with supply issues in public and private sectors for any product industry.
Participants will learn to use the theory of constraint to optimize value stream to solve or avoid supply chain issues and focus on developing clear and consistent communication with all parties, including suppliers.
About the Speaker
Dr. Saya Sone, a Certified Kanban Professional. She has over 30+ years as an educator and devoted herself to training, facilitating, mentoring, coaching with public and private sectors in IT and non-IT engagements. She will share her experience of being a professional facilitator. In addition to her professional work, Dr. Sone has delivered speeches and workshops for conferences for more than 100 sessions to more than 2,000 people for the past ten years, including the seminar she provided in Agile 2016 in Orlando. She has delivered a wide range of topics, including leadership, motivation, Agile, organizational changes, and professional development. She is an ICF awarded certified professional coach with deep engagements to help her clients pursue their passions for individual or organizational improvements.
