This presentation will provide understanding of how Status reporting significantly differs from an Inspect and Adapt session, what goes in the thought process, communication, actions and how it impacts the success or progress.

Target audience is: Anyone who is working on an Agile program, from agile team members to Program Leadership.

The Audience will be able to take the analogy and the concepts discussed during the event, and directly apply it to their context with relative ease and significant impact.

About the Speaker

Anup Dhanokar

Anup Dhanorkar is the Director of Agile Practice at CC Pace. He has led Agile engagements for over 13 years for a wide range of clients including banking, private and public sector. He is passionate about Agile and takes a keen interest in identifying industry anti-patterns that often go unnoticed. Anup has several Agile certifications including ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF, CAL-1 and SAFe SPC.
