Reshma Shahabuddin is the Founder and Managing Director at Rynovo, a company that offers customized solutions for strategic alignment, program and project management delivery, and leadership development coaching. She has a proven track record of partnering with businesses and individuals to provide expert guidance and support to achieve their goals and reach new heights. With her expertise, Reshma empowers her clients to take their organizations to the next level, improving performance, driving innovation, and enhancing their capabilities. Before founding Rynovo, Reshma was the Director of Program Management for the Sophos Technology Division. In this role, she founded the strategic program management department to use Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) to drive organizational alignment, deliver strategic initiatives, and achieve long-term business goals across ten departments. Reshma has also held senior positions at Tenable, LookingGlass Cyber Solutions, and QinetiQ North America, directing cross-functional teams for top cybersecurity and intelligence products. Additionally, she led projects at the American Institutes for Research (AIR), a not-for-profit research organization in the education assessment division. Reshma holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s in Computer Science from Marymount University. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a Certified SAFe 5 Agilist, a Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), and a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP). Reshma is also active in volunteer work, having served as the Head of Program Management and Steering Committee Member for the COVID-19 Cyber Threat Coalition and as the Assistant Vice President of Partnership for the Washington, DC, Chapter of the Project Management Institute (PMI).
