Taken from Bruce Lee’s famous quote and martial arts philosophy, this session focuses on having a very adaptable solution-based approach and the importance of project leaders being cross-functional and well-versed in numerous Lean-Agile Principles, Practices, & Frameworks including Scrum, XP, Kanban, & Various Scaling Frameworks, in order to help organizations, deliver maximum value. This session will use real-world case studies from IT and non-IT contexts.
Two Dynamic PMPs will be presenting in May 2023 IN PERSON at monthly PMIWDC chapter meeting. There will be Buffet Dinner and your choice of beer, wine or a cocktail included with your admission.
