Access/Entry to bcc Berlin Congress Center
All participants will be required to have a form of identification when accessing the building. Please plan to bring a copy of your registration confirmation and identification with you for check in. During the event, participants are required to wear their name badge at all times. Please note that with an effort to ensure the safety of the building, a random person and bag check may be conducted by authorised personnel.
Baggage and Luggage Guidelines
Bags and other luggage with a volume of up to 10kg are permitted in the bcc. (e.g. backpack, computer bag, purse) Items that are larger in capacity are not permitted or allowed in the facility; please plan to coordinate storage at your hotel concierge. Please note that with an effort to ensure the safety of the building, a random person and bag check may be conducted by authorised personnel.
