I thought Mike did well preparing the materials, he was very personable, and his methods look like they're easy to implement in the workplace.

Engaging material, which wasn’t common sense. I felt like I got a lot out of this session.

Instructor was very engaging and included fun activities to break up the lecture. He gave insightful real-life examples as well, which kept it interesting. His presentation was very thorough and thoughtful.
