Description

Every organization actively seeks the smartest gamechangers who can revolutionize their operations, deliver groundbreaking innovations, provide exceptional services that exceed customer expectations, and establish themselves as industry leaders. Are our traditional project management practices up to the challenge? Now is the time to identify and amplify novel ways to enhance our project management practices and achieve implementation excellence!

This 2-day dynamic and immersive event brings project, program, and project management office (PMO) leaders together to brainstorm, collaborate, and challenge one another to redefine and solve current project management/PMO challenges and reimagine ways to move from steady-state practices to groundbreaking results. Through a facilitative, hackathon-like model, we will challenge our traditional beliefs on how projects should be delivered and unleash our imagination on what is possible in today's fast-paced, ever-changing world.

Participants leave with not just ideas but real solutions to their challenges, including implementation pathways to drive real change and produce new results for organizational success.

The ‘hands on’ experience of ‘live’ project management with interactive, professional coaching was so challenging, but a much needed and valuable learning experience. PMs may not have the opportunity within the workplace to experience on the job PMing. PMs earn a credential with an expectation to successfully perform at full capacity! Coaching and mentoring are both needed!

I liked this new way of training. It was a different approach that allowed me to learn via problem solving, rather than traditional training.
