Description
Program management is recognized as the best way to implement strategic initiatives and as a vehicle for organizational change. This training is updated to incorporate Disciplined Agile® (DA™) and value stream concepts into the management of programs. It is designed to link project outputs clearly and consistently to program outcomes and business benefits, creating a robust value stream that includes all the activities required to deliver value consistently.
This training covers the whole program life cycle—from formulation to integration. It reviews six key program performance domains: strategic alignment; stakeholder management; benefits management; governance management; decision management; and organizational change. Through a series of virtual group exercises based on real-life case studies, learners will become familiar with tools and techniques to realize strategic and business objectives by formulating and organizing a program, developing a sound business case, and delivering value.

When I signed up for the Program Management Master Class, I was hoping to gain insight and better understanding about Program Management. Michel provided the insight, but over and above he clarified the linkage and highlighted the importance of Program Manager in enabling and executing of the organization's strategic objectives.
