    Afternoon Session: Courageous Prioritization

    • Provide an overview of prioritization in the context of portfolio decision-making.
    • Compare traditional prioritization frameworks and models.

      •  Project team — Scope and features prioritization
      •  Strategic portfolio — Link to mission, vision and values
    • Explore the courageous prioritization model: Focus on delivering business value early (speed to value).
    • Assess priorities and set strategic objectives.
    • Discover effective resource allocation and faster decision-making strategies.
    • Manage change and adaptability in prioritization.

    The training includes Q&A, case studies and group exercises.

    Participants will leave the training equipped with practical strategies, tools and a renewed confidence to prioritize effectively, make informed decisions, influence others to make decisions and lead their teams with courage, clarity and conviction.
