Very helpful presentation with many different tips on how to better communicate. Instructor is very knowledgeable and shares information in a way which is relatable and retainable.

Dr. Joseph Reed was fantastic. He clearly invested himself into making the course flow very smoothly in numerous ways (many of which are often unnoticed, but I noticed them). He was very knowledgeable, fun, focused both on theory and application, and made it an awesome experience.

I learned so many useful tools in this training that I will absolutely take with me. Instructor was engaging, even during the hard-to-pay-attention times of day! I came in with some general ideas of issues this training might help me with, and I am actually leaving with roadmaps that I intend to use.
