Description
Business coaching has evolved from fad to fundamental. Adopting coaching techniques into everyday interactions creates learning opportunities and empowers team members to develop new skills and competencies so everyone can keep up and adapt in constantly changing environments — exactly what is needed in our world of rapid change and unrelenting challenge.
This two-day immersive learning experience will introduce foundational practices to help you get started as a business coach and provide progressive coaching techniques on how to get the best out of reluctant team members, including how to manage un-coachable situations.
Participants who complete the two-day training are eligible to schedule a one-hour personal coaching session with their instructor. Coaching sessions are designed to help participants apply what they learn and facilitate team growth and development through the art of coaching. Individual coaching sessions will be scheduled through Lisa DiTullio within 30 days of training. Coaching session price is $50 USD.

- Using Advanced Communication Skills: Active versus. Disciplined listening; words to avoid and the power of paraphrasing to reduce resistance.
- Adapting Coaching Styles: How to modify coaching styles for individual results.
- Identify When Coaching Works nd When It Does Not: How to recognize someone who is un-coachable versus when coaching doesn’t work.
- Practice/Debriefs: Engage in practice sessions to simulate challenging coaching conversations and discuss what worked, what did not and how to improve.
