Description
We begin with Psychological Safety - the essential ingredient for brave conversations, creative risk-taking, and innovation. Drawing from Dr. Amy Edmondson’s research and Google’s Project Aristotle, we’ll understand how psychological safety fuels effectiveness and engagement. Along with research and deep dive into understanding why teams need to feel and foster a sense of Psychological Safety. We will use coaching, hands-on activities and learn how to appropriately engage in safety speak to foster your inclusive environment.
Next, we transition into the deeper terrain of resilience vs. resurgence: how to navigate adversity, and rise from it with a renewed purpose. Blending neuroscience, identity-centered leadership and lived reflection, we’ll explore what it means to move from surviving to thriving to ensure you return to work equipped with renewed purpose on how to mitigate and manage your role and responsibilities.
