The rapid advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming organizations, industries and leadership roles. This AI and Change Management course provides practical strategies and frameworks for leading changes in an AI-driven environment. Participants explore AI’s impact on change management, how to adapt leadership and communication approaches, and how to apply neuroscience and emotional intelligence to drive successful AI adoption.  

Through hands-on exercises, case studies and discussions, participants will gain a deep insight into how to integrate AI into organizational transformation efforts while addressing stakeholder concerns, resistance and strategic implementation.
