Description

Stakeholder Analysis for Meaningful Engagement is an immersive, advanced-level, two-day course designed to equip project professionals with the practical tools and critical thinking skills to engage stakeholders meaningfully and effectively. Rather than relying on surface-level identification and categorization, this course offers a hands-on, real-world approach to understanding stakeholders’ motivations, addressing resistance, and building robust, dynamic engagement strategies.

Participants will explore stakeholder “currencies,” hidden influences, power-interest dynamics, resistance mapping, and how unconscious bias can undermine engagement efforts. Using interactive exercises, role-playing, and real-world case studies, the course helps participants master techniques such as conflict resolution, and communication tailoring using models like DiSC and stakeholder segmentation matrices.

You will leave with a customized engagement roadmap, practical KPIs to measure success, and advanced communication strategies for navigating resistance, aligning interests, and building trust with a diverse array of stakeholders.

Whether leading complex projects, driving organizational change, or working cross-functionally, this course empowers learners to move beyond passive stakeholder lists into proactive, strategic stakeholder leadership.
