Description

Business coaching has evolved from fad to fundamental. Adopting coaching techniques into your everyday interactions creates learning environments and empowers team members to develop new skills and competencies so everyone can keep up and adapt to our new world of rapid change and relentless challenge.

Successful coaches realize the value in developing fluid techniques to meet the needs of diverse project team members to support their individual needs and goals. This highly interactive learning journey will cover a full range of coaching techniques. We will cover basic coaching practices to help you get started as a coach and introduce advanced coaching techniques that demonstrate how to get the best out of reluctant team members, including how to determine if an individual is difficult to coach and how to apply options on how to handle challenging situations.

Lisa DiTullio

Lisa DiTullio is VP, Program & Portfolio Management at Foundation Medicine, a world-leading molecular insights company and is the founder of Your Project Office, a training and consulting organization dedicated to introducing project management as a business competency and enabling healthcare organizations to improve decision-making, instill accountability, and enhance communications.

Lisa is the author of multiple project management books, articles, and blogs. She is a recognized international speaker in her field and is known for her story-telling to impart messages that are both impactful and practical.

Lisa is a past member of the South Shore Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and the past chair of the Women’s Business Connection. She is the founder of Leadership in Action, a program designed to create a sense of empowerment for high-school girls.

Lisa currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Cohasset Maritime Institute and is an avid (and sometimes competitive) open-water rower.
