Scrum is a well-known framework for adopting agile. Scrum and agile are so prevalent that many people confuse the two. Many frameworks, such as Kanban, can be used to execute agile, but Scrum has a distinct flavor due to its dedication to short work iterations.

This training is designed to assist anyone interested in learning more about Scrum; learning about important concepts in Scrum as outlined in its guide; and gaining a basic knowledge of how the Scrum framework works in successfully delivering projects.
