Excellent instructor who kept the class very engaged, and spoke from an area of expertise and experience in the coaching field. Being a former project manager tied everything in very nicely too.

Maria is so engaging and experienced in this subject matter. I appreciated that she had a mixture of interactive polls, videos, and peer-to-peer practice sessions. I felt the amount of time given to the training was perfect too.
