This is possibly the most valuable training I had attended as a PM. Jack has a gift when it comes to sharing knowledge in a very simple and digestible way. His examples are clear and very relevant to the current environment. He is genuine and authentic and has a very organic method of coaching. I would recommend this course to anyone.

Instructor was very engaging and had multiple exercises for the group. He also knew how to read the crowd and gave us a quick break to stretch when needed.
