PMI Training is committed to sustainability, and takes action to preserve our natural environment, promote a healthy and inclusive society, and execute sustainable economic practices and partnerships. In alignment with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs) and as part of PMI’s membership in the United Nations (UN) Global Compact, we have undertaken the following sustainability measures for our trainings throughout the year.
We utilize technology and discourage printing of all PMI Training materials to reduce paper usage and waste. This includes providing links to electronic copies of all course materials, sharing electronic prework and pre-event communications, and survey evaluations.
For our in-person trainings, we also encourage sustainable practices to reduce waste and the carbon footprint of the event. We don’t distribute printed course materials, and daily sign-in sheets are electronic via QR codes. Additionally, the notebooks we provide are made of recycled materials, our name badges use a “print and go” system to reduce waste and eliminate plastic use, and we encourage attendees to bring a reusable water bottle each day. We also carefully source our hotel partners, to ensure that we are supporting businesses which are dedicated to sustainability and supporting economic, social, and environmental quality of life.
By incorporating eco-friendly practices and partnerships into our daily work, PMI and our community can make a more sustainable, greener world a reality. We ask each of you to join us in our commitment to sustainability; let’s work together to reduce material use, avoid unnecessary waste, and reuse and recycle materials after use. We can all do our part to help our planet thrive.

It has come to our attention that companies may be contacting some of PMI’s sponsors and exhibitors claiming to offer our attendee lists. This is a common occurrence with large industry conferences and trade shows in recent years. It is PMI’s policy to NEVER sell, rent or share attendee contact information, including email. No company is authorized to distribute or sell any email lists of attendees for our events. PMI is not providing these lists or generating these messages. If you receive an email offering to sell you a list of PMI attendees, we recommend you do not respond to it. By responding—even with a request to unsubscribe—you confirm that your email address is a valid one, which may increase the likelihood that you’ll be contacted again. Please forward any email solicitations to [email protected].

PMI recently has been made aware of incidents in which organizations falsely claim to be or to represent PMI by extending offers to register you for hotel rooms or PMI events. Please note PMI will not reach out to solicit hotel rooms or register you for a PMI event. Should you be contacted by any organization or come across any other website that appears to reference PMI Training and claims to offer lower rates or a promotion to register through such organization and/or website, we urge you to use extreme caution and contact [email protected] with any relevant information. These entities often create fake websites that look authentic, but are not authorized to represent PMI.
