Our world has always been changing, but most of these changes were taking place progressively, sometimes over several generations. Not anymore. Changes are occurring within one generation and even several times. We need to change how we evolve within these challenges, how we envision our own personal future. What will our future as PM professionals look like? What will be the skills and competences to develop? How do I future-proof myself as a PM Professional?

To ensure participants got the best value from this seminar, they are given the opportunity to have a follow-up individual, one to two-hour, coaching session. This takes place 6 to 8 weeks following the seminar, is done on demand and doesn’t involve any additional cost nor engagement.

Participants will have distributed Simon Sinek's book "Start with Why" during the workshop. Also, they will receive a link to a personal Project Management competency assessment, the Project Leader Assessment from the Palatine Group. This assessment has been developed through an Initial research conducted at GE and which identified 20 critical project leader competencies that reliably distinguish a superior performer. These are clustered under three (3) general categories identified as Performance Dimensions. 9 more critical competencies identified in other studies conducted at NASA, Lockheed-Martin and others. Following the assessment, participants will receive a complete report.

Agata Czopek PMP

Agata Czopek, PhD, PMP, is a management consultant working at Deloitte Consulting in Switzerland. She is a Digital Learning expert. She has more than 10 years of experience creating learning solutions (platforms, digital content, learning ecosystems) across industries, from media to pharma, from the US to the Middle East. She won one of the first Design Thinking and Lean Start-up Accelerator Programs organized by leading media group Sanoma in Amsterdam.

She is a passionate workshop facilitator and conference speaker (OPPI New York, Agile by Example Warsaw, Digital University Warsaw, PMI LIM Barcelona, PMI LIM San Diego, Dubai International Project Management Forum, PMI Global Conference Chicago, #UNLEASH Conference Denmark on Sustainable Development Goals).

She is a member of PMI Switzerland Chapter, acting vice president responsible for programs for schools and NGOs.



Olivier Lazar is an organizational architecture consultant, coach, and trainer, as well as a graduate with a master’s degree and an executive MBA in strategy, project, and program management from the Lille Graduate School of Management and from the PMI Leadership Institute Master Class 2013. Committed to the advancement of the profession, he’s managing partner and COO at the Valense Palatine Group, acting Project Management Director at Altran AG in Switzerland, a former president at the PMI Switzerland Chapter, and has hold various global volunteering leadership roles at PMI and is a contributor to several PMI Global Standards.

With more than 20 years of Organizational Governance, Change, Project and Program Leadership experience, both on the operational and consulting perspective, Olivier has worked in a large scope of industries, from corporate finance to aerospace, and from E-business to pharmaceutical and energy where he has created organizationally agile environments fostering engagement, motivation and performance. He has been published in professional press and has presented in number of PM conferences around the world, including PMI global congresses in EMEA and North America as well as a seminar leader for PMI SeminarsWorld since 2013.

He’s also one of the very few to hold seven credentials from PMI: PMP®, PfMP®, PgMP®, PMI-PBA®, PMI-RMP®, PMI-ACP®, and PMI-SP®.

Olivier’s leitmotiv lies in his conviction that sharing Knowledge is a major factor for global performance and common development, organizational and personal.
