Risk Management in Our Virtual World with Carl Pritchard - CANCELLED

Topics: Technical | Agile | Risk Mitigation | Complexity

The nuances of interpersonal communication, cultural awareness and shared understanding are often lost in the virtual environment. Those elements are crucial, however, in building risk plans and creating a common organizational risk culture.  In this one-day seminar, participants look at risk plans from two vital perspectives.  First, it’s a matter of creating common risk values and understanding in virtual teams.  Then the class moves on to overcoming the virtual hurdles in implementing risk plans, including the creation of organizational risk strategy for when the next COVID-class challenge hits.
