NEW - CAPM Practicum: Tools-Based Brainwork with Carl Pritchard

Topics: Project Management | Leading Project Teams | Time Management Scheduling

Ready for an entire day of getting your "project hands" dirty? This is that day. You will learn about the tool kit of project management and get hands-on with many of these core project management tools.

This course provides an opportunity to build plans, estimates (time and cost), and get a glimpse into the challenges of working with teams and allowing them to self-direct. The training also provides insight on how to keep people focused and moving, even when you don't have direct authority over them.

While working through the tools and learning basic project management practices to apply in your day-to-day work, you’ll be on your way to what is required learning hours to prepare for the PMI CAPM certification exam. Attendees will be provided with a discount code for complimentary access to the Project Management Basics eLearning course, a $400 value. Completing both this SeminarsWorld course and the Project Management Basics eLearning course will fulfill requirements to apply for PMI’s CAPM Certification.
