PMI Leadership Institute Meetings (LIMs) are regional events designed to provide professional development opportunities for PMI chapter leaders. LIMs serve as a platform for chapter leaders to explore regional goals aligned with PMI’s overarching strategy, engage in open dialogue, exchange ideas, and discover best practices within a diverse and collaborative community. LIMs are held in person across PMI’s six managed regions and are exclusively reserved for chapter leaders from the respective region.

LIMs aim to drive project success by empowering chapter leaders to champion PMI in their local communities through both their volunteer and professional roles. In addition to focusing on leadership training, PMI strategy and initiatives, and cultural values and behaviors, LIMs also incorporate interactive, collaborative breakout sessions presented by PMI subject matter experts and chapter leaders, as well as structured networking opportunities with like-minded professionals.
