Over a 40-year career, Scott has shaped groundbreaking information technology solutions at some of the world’s most recognizable brands, including Microsoft, General Motors, VMware, and The Walt Disney Company. A cybersecurity and cloud computing pioneer, Scott has championed and executed strategies driving modernization and efficiency with results extending from the corporate boardroom to the consumer’s living room, changing the way we think about modern data management and open-source advancements. Scott’s corporate career spanned decades, where he was responsible for groundbreaking information technology developments at global companies. Today, Scott leads the TonyScottGroup, offering cutting-edge enterprise strategy and solutions in cybersecurity, cloud services, and technology management. Scott has a bachelor of science in information systems management from the University of San Francisco and also holds a juris doctorate from Santa Clara University. He has been inducted into the CIO Hall of Fame by CIO Magazine (2009), and is a two-time winner (2015 and 2016) of the FedScoop 50 “Golden Gov: Executive of the Year” award.
