New Chapter Support Program – Reimbursement up to US$7,000

The Chapter Support Reimbursement Program is designed to empower and strengthen PMI chapters with financial resources. In 2025, PMI will reimburse each chapter up to US$4,000 for activities that enhance member engagement, foster community outreach, and promote effective operations. Additionally, each formally incorporated chapter branch is eligible to receive an extra US$1,000 for up to three branches. Learn more in the FAQs. 

Preparing for Growth

The Chapters with Branches Model is a planned response to growth. It reflects a coordinated effort to manage and leverage increased membership effectively while driving local engagement. New Chapter Logo Approval Process

The chapter logo approval process has been updated for new chapter formation, chapter name changes, or special requests. Download the process via ChapterAdmin > Chapter Governance and Policies > Chapter Administration and work with your PMI Chapter Partner to ensure brand consistency.

Prepare for Annual Planning

The new Catalog of Core Services (for 2025) and Annual Plan Template (optional for 2025, required in 2026) for PMI chapters are now available. These documents will help operationalize PMI:Next in your chapter, while preparing for annual planning and charter renewal. Please visit ChapterAdmin > OLC > Chapter Governance and Policies > Annual Planning and Catalog of Core Services to download the new documents.

Earn Extra LIM Travel Grant Funds

In 2025, chapters that are using Volunteer Engagement Platform (those that have at least five accepted offers in a given 12-month period) will receive additional travel grant funding to attend LIMs. To receive the full travel grant amount, chapter leaders attending the LIM must also complete the required Chapter Leader Orientation courses.
