Annual Planning—Updated Resource

2020 has been a most unusual year, resulting in shifting priorities. As many chapters are scheduling their Annual Planning sessions for 2021, we have updated the Annual Plan and Catalog of Core Services Worksheet. In 2020, we are dedicated to making a positive impact through acts of social good to unite and strengthen our global volunteer community through PMImpact! In alignment with this goal, the new worksheet enables chapters to account for an optional Social Good Project or Event.

Volunteer Highlights

Powering The Project Economy® through Chapter Collaboration

Since the launch of The Project Economy, the chapters in Brazil have been working together to bring this concept to our community and to determine how the new PMI symbols are being perceived. This collaboration resulted in a videos series called: “The Symbols of The Project Economy”—a 13-episode Brazilian PMI Chapter video series. It took a lot of effort to put it together—120 hours of volunteers’ work to be more precise, but it was a zero-cost initiative with a lot of innovation, and it had a great impact to the community. Check out the videos and learn more about this initiative involving the 16 chapters in Brazil.
