Business Execution: Crafting a Business Strategy that Executes

This online course shows you how to direct your organization's business strategy by appropriately allocating resources to make those actions a reality. It focuses on how to create a strategy that's planned, integrated, measurable and supportable.

Good planning gives your company a competitive advantage. However, a large proportion of the planned strategy often fails to materialize. This isn't because of unforeseeable events but because the plans lack reality, failing to fully assess the implementation capabilities of the organization and its position within the environment.

Executable strategy begins with a clearly-defined strategic direction that considers existing strategy, as well as internal and external influences. Strategic themes then enable an organization to develop a workable strategy that aligns with its goals.
