First steps

Less-experienced project managers sometimes struggle with how to be an effective leader. This article identifies how both new project managers and seasoned project managers can gain a leadership edge. In doing so, it provides a starter list of behaviors to get project managers up to speed quickly, including resolving conflicts, learning from the past, maintaining a great attitude, and so forth.
