The no. 1 reason for projects in trouble

This article argues that projects often get into trouble when managers disperse their efforts too broadly. Project managers should determine the top 3-5 priority problems on a project and focus efforts on those.Each problem should receive an owner and a plan for solving that is tracked daily; non-priority problems should be tracked weekly.
