It explains how the organization used a vendor-provided solution to deliver on deadline, which resulted in the formation of a joint venture with Blue Cross Blue Shield North Dakota. The two organizations joined forces to create a healthcare technology company called CoreLink Administrative Solutions (Fargo, North Dakota, USA).
