The question of "how much/how many do we need" is one organizations worldwide continuously debate throughout the course of every work day. How much time? How many meetings? How much money? How many resources and techniques? This article discusses three tenets of agile productivity: just enough, just in time, and just because. In doing so, it explains how project managers can realistically apply these tenets while implementing their everyday activities and while helping their project teams focus on completing their critical responsibilities.
