Subscription Fee and Postal Charges
The fee is US$129.00 per year and includes 12 monthly issues of PM Network magazine and PMI Today and Project Management Journal, all shipped by surface postal mail. A one-time application fee of US$10.00 is payable for new subscriptions.
In accordance with Canadian tax law, taxes are applicable to shipping addresses within Canada. Please apply tax accordingly. Airmail is available for locations outside North America for an additional US$60.00 per annual subscription and covers airmail postage for all three periodicals.
An annual subscription begins upon receipt of payment, unless a different period is specifically requested. Subscriptions are nontransferable and nonrefundable. All fees are subject to change. There are no agency discounts.
Claims for periodicals not received must be submitted in writing within 90 days of issue date. Claims are accepted through Customer Care via fax to +1 610 819 0746 or via mail to Attn: Membership Services, PMI Global Operations Center.
Claims must include:
- Full library name, address and subscription ID
- Publication title, issue number, issue month and year
- Original date of the subscription order
If an agent is placing the claim, the information must include the full name and address of the end-user or subscription holder. There is a limit of three claims per subscription period.
