Kendra Modzelewski is a project/change manager who delivers creative solutions that ensure benefits realization by facilitating successful change journeys for internal and external stakeholders alike. With demonstrated success aligning leaders at the program and portfolio levels, Kendra has supported major transformation efforts being undertaken by the Project Management Institute (PMI). Kendra not only has experience in building and maturing a change management (CM) function, but she is also embedding this capability throughout the enterprise by leading and coaching CM and by engaging internal teams in understanding how change impacts align to enterprise strategy. Kendra is a PROSCI Certified Change Management Practitioner.

Sara J Webber, PMP, CSPO

Sara Webber is a respected change leader with over fifteen years of experience in driving implementation and adoption of large-scale business transformations. Whether it is establishing a PMO at a startup, forming a coalition to adopt Agile in a division, or serving on a culture steering team at a Fortune 500 company, Sara always puts people first. Her success as a Program Manager/Change Manager and as a people leader, comes from understanding how to engage and motivate individuals through transitions. With a passion for coaching teams on maximizing their performance, Sara has created learning programs on topics like collaboration, crucial conversations, agility, accountability, change management, and human-centered design. Sara has experience with a wide variety of business transformation methods and tools ranging from John Kotter to Senn Delaney, with a Change Management certification from Prosci.
