Embassy "Letter of Invitation"

If you require a visa for entry into Cartagena, Colombia, you will need to request an embassy “letter of invitation”. During the online registration process, you will have the option to request an Embassy Letter for the PMI® Leadership Institute Meeting 2018—Latin America. You will receive the letter via email 5-7 days after you complete registration. In order to request an Embassy Letter, you will be required to submit the following information.

  1. Passport ID/Card Number
  2. Expiration Date (MM/DD/YYYY)
  3. Country of Issue

If you have questions about an Embassy Letter you may contact PMI recommends that all Embassy Letter requests be made no later than one month prior to the event date. Please plan accordingly.
