Managing Life’s Projects was developed by volunteers from the PMI Delaware Valley Chapter for use in their outreach to nonprofit organizations. It is a versatile resource for providing training in the fundamentals of project management to a variety of audiences.
The slide deck with instructor notes provides material for training. The download also includes a Train the Trainer document, which is intended to help individuals who are comfortable with project management knowledge but inexperienced as trainers feel more prepared to deliver this training effectively.
