Our investment in NMCF provided PM training, coaching, and resources for its professionals to increase the organization’s capacity and to enable the nonprofit to establish a PMO. As a result, NMCF will sustain the impact of its work on behalf of Africa’s youth and the legacy of its iconic founder.
The Telly Awards Judging Council, a group of leading video and television experts from some of the most prestigious companies in entertainment, publishing, advertising, and emerging technology, determine award recipients. The Council selected our NMCF video among 13,000 entrants.

PMIEF Helps Sustain Nelson Mandela’s Legacy Through Project Management
A 2018 grant to the Nelson Mandela Children’s Fund (NMCF) enables staff to acquire and to apply project management knowledge to enhance the organization’s efficiency and to further ensure its impact and legacy.
Founded in 1995 by South African President Nelson Mandela, NMCF addresses the challenges young people from birth to age 22 face because of poverty and inequality. Working in concert with multiple partners, the organization promotes the rights of youth through advocacy and social awareness efforts. The “PMIEF – NMCF Capacity Building Through Project Management” initiative strengthens NMCF’s capabilities to protect and to nurture South Africa’s future leaders, including through the establishment of a project management office.
NMCF's advocacy and awareness efforts better ensure youth acquire the physical, emotional, and educational support necessary to realize their dreams.
