Join as a Premier Partner Now and Save on Your Annual Fee

The earlier you apply and pay to become a Premier Authorized Training Partner, the more money you save. Get up to three months free on your annual fee. 

Full price for the Premier tier starts in October 2020. Pay in July to get the most savings: three months free! 

How to Calculate Your Discount:

How much you save is based on the date you pay the regional annual fee. If you pay in July 2020: (Regional annual fee ÷ 12) x 3 = your discount.

The discount is only for the Premier tier annual fee (not the per-person fee). Discounts do not apply to the Basic tier.

What to Expect When You Apply?

The application process takes 35 business days (on average). Apply and pay now so you can get your instructors approved for the Authorized Training Partner Train the Trainer – PMP® Exam Prep program. The application steps are listed below:

  1. APPLY

  2. GET APPROVED: Allow 10-14 business days for the application to be reviewed and approved and three business days for payment processing.

  3. GET INSTRUCTORS APPROVED: Submit your PMP® exam prep course instructor experience and qualifications (please include PMP® ID). Allow four-five business days for review.

  4. TRAIN INSTRUCTORS: Approved instructors attend the two-day Authorized Training Partner Train the Trainer – PMP® Exam Prep program. Virtual sessions start in mid to late July 2020*. All attendees must pass the end-of-session assessment to receive the PMI Authorized Training Partner Instructor badge. Please allow up to two weeks for the assessments to be validated and instructors to receive the badge.

  5. GET ON BOARDED: You will receive an invitation to schedule on-boarding (invitations will start in early July). On-boarding will include the distribution of the program logo badge and login for the licensed PMP® exam prep content. You must be on-boarded to the program before you can start hosting courses. 

  6. START HOSTING YOUR COURSES

  • Access to a Channel Management Representative for assistance with business management

There are two tiers: Basic and Premier. If your preference is to only deliver PDU-eligible courses, we suggest the Basic tier.  If you want to maximize your opportunity in this program, we suggest you join the Premier tier.

Authorized Training Partner Train the Trainer – PMP® Exam Prep Program

After you become a Partner and receive approval on your instructor bios, your instructors can register for the Authorized Training Partner Train the Trainer – PMP® Exam Prep Program.

Due to the healthcare crisis with COVID-19, there are two options for training: virtual instructor-led training or on-demand training. Mark your calendar with these important dates:

  • Mid to Late July 2020: The on-demand session will be available
  • After July 2020: In-person instructor-led sessions will be announced if restrictions are lifted

All attendees must pass the end-of-session assessment to receive the PMI Authorized Training Partner Instructor badge. Allow two-three business days for the assessments to be validated and instructors to receive the badge.
