What a journey 2020 has been! PMI appreciates your participation in the now-retired Registered Education Provider (R.E.P.) program. If you have not done so already, please consider joining the new Authorized Training Partner Program to deliver high-quality PMI developed content for Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification exam prep or Disciplined Agile courses. May you all be safe and healthy.
R.E.P. program participants (excluding mainland China) that have not joined the Authorized Training Partner Program must remove all references to the PMI R.E.P. Program in all marketing materials including websites, business cards, etc. by 1 February 2021. The PMI Authorized Training Partner Program team will ensure compliance with ending participation in the program. Failure to comply within 30 days may result in further legal action.
As we enter the New Year, some may begin to imagine the future state – what will be different? What has or will change? With the retirement of the R.E.P. Program, many elements will no longer be in effect as of 1 January 2021.
The LinkedIn group is closed effective 4 January 2021.
Any classes uploaded via the Education Provider Portal will be retired for any existing R.E.P.s that have not applied to the Authorized Training Partner Program.
Students may submit claims for a retired class as long as the student completed the class prior to its expiration,
R.E.P. Resource Center will be deactivated and replaced with a dedicated Authorized Training Partner resource.
In May 2020, PMI opened the application process to transform the R.E.P. program into a newly updated partnership, the Authorized Training Partner Program. Many of you have signed the agreement to continue moving forward. If you have not done so and are still interested, applications can still be submitted – apply now!
Moving into 2021, RFP leads are an exclusive feature of the Authorized Training Partner Premier Program. We are developing a newly imagined experience for all.
The course catalog is also under transformation. Additional guides and updated instructions will be available in the upcoming weeks.
PMI.org is a great resource for questions during this transformation.
