PMI Future 50 honors 50 Rising Leaders who are reshaping the future and accelerating innovation in their industries and around the world. These next-generation leaders are turning ideas into reality helping to create, build, and transform the world.
Eligibility
Selection criteria are principles based: honorees should represent the future of work and show expertise in project work and the project profession. This includes achievement, potential, and influence on or within an organization, community, industry, or movement.
Honorees should be Rising Leaders under the age of 35 and have at least one notable achievement. This can be a role in a significant project, a younger-than-usual promotion, an idea-to-action output, or other platform of note.
Future 50 seeks representation across industries and regions, startups to public companies, and nonprofits to government. Honoree selection is gender-balanced and ethnically and experientially diverse. Honorees do not need the title of “project manager,” but do need to engage in project work.
