Numerous leaders lack the necessary support in their leadership roles, whether they hold managerial positions or lead teams in project endeavors. This can create strains in their new roles. Since leadership is one of the crucial sides of the PMI Talent Triangle®, we sought to continue to expand the products we make available for our community and partnered with CCL to offer courses for leaders.
