Terms & Conditions

• Discount Level: The discount is applicable for economy fares (from M-class upwards) and Business fares (from D-class upwards) within the system.
• This discount is valid across RwandaAir's network to KGL (Kigali, Rwanda).
• Sales Period: Immediate availability until 20th November 2024.
• Travel Period: Enjoy discounted fares for travel between 30th October – 04th December 2024.
• Advance Purchase Restriction: No advance purchase restriction applies.
• Mode of Sales: You can book discounted tickets through all booking offices, the RwandaAir website, and their Mobile App.
• No-show Policy: A fee of USD 150 applies for no-shows, which is waived if you cancel at least 24 hours prior to the flight.
• Date Change/Reissue Fee: Changing or reissuing tickets incurs a fee of USD 100, plus any fare difference.
• Refund Policy: A USD 150 fee applies for refunds requested before departure. Tickets are non-refundable after departure.
• Reissue Guidelines: Manual reissue is not permitted under this promotion. Use the ATC reissue option and adhere to all displayed feed in the system.
• Discount Code: No manual reissue on this promotion is permitted across all our network stations/offices. Use ATC reissue only and charge all fees displayed in the system.
• Discount Code: Use the promo code "PMI24” during booking to receive up to a 15% discount on the base fare.
• Blackout Dates: There are no blackout dates applicable for this promotion.
• Booking Procedure: Enter the promo code on RwandaAir's website during the booking process. The code automatically applies the discount to the current selling fare.
• The discount applies to the base fare only. Taxes, fees, and charges (TFCs) are excluded from the discount.
• This promotion is not available for group bookings.
• No commission is offered on tickets booked under this promotion.
