  • Putting M.O.R.E. into practice: proven practices for project success

Project professionals play a critical role in closing the gap between strategy and execution. In this interactive session, you’ll explore how PMI’s M.O.R.E. framework and evidence-based practices for project success can be applied at the chapter level to drive meaningful impact.

Building on your understanding of M.O.R.E., you’ll unpack what successful projects have in common and why these practices matter today. Through guided discussion and hands-on collaboration, you’ll learn how to activate your chapter’s flywheel across adoption, advocacy, contribution, and retention and turn strategy into action.

    Learning outcomes

By the end of this session, you will be able to:

    • Explain the M.O.R.E. vision and its relevance for Project Professionals and chapters
    • Apply selected M.O.R.E. practices to annual planning and chapter initiatives
    • Identify ways to strengthen adoption, advocacy, contribution, and retention within your community
