Namukulo is the Manager of the Project Management Office (PMO) at the Central Bank of Zambia and was instrumental in establishing the PMO in 2014. He has over 18 years of experience in the Information & Communication Technology field. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering and Master’s degrees in Project Management and Business Administration. He has been a PMI member since 2006 and holds PMP and PRINCE2 certifications. He is one of the founding members of the PMI Zambia Chapter.
Billy is a Strategist, Project Manager, Risk and ICT expert and an author with over 15 years of experience in the banking and mining sectors. He is currently working for the Development Bank of Zambia as an Assistant ICT Manager. He holds a Master of Business Administration – Strategic Planning, BSc. Computer Science and a Diploma in Telecommunication Systems. He is currently pursuing certification in Risk management, a PhD in Business Administration and PMI-ACP® certification. Billy has the following professional certifications: PMP, COBIT 5, CCNA, MCT – Exchange server 2013, MCTS – SQL server 2008. He is one of the founding members of the PMI Zambia chapter.
Abraham Nyirongo has been a PMP since 2007 with over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. He has worked as project manager on several IT projects in the public and private sector. He is Managing Consultant at Cyberskills Consulting. He has provided consultancy services in the Africa Region. Abraham holds a Master’s Degree in Information Technology (MSc) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). He is one of the founding members of the PMI Zambia Chapter.
Ishmael is the Country Manager at InnoLead Consulting Zambia, a Pan African firm offering Strategy and Project Management Solutions. He is a Strategy Execution Specialist with prior experience in expansion projects and product development. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Project Management and Logistics) and Post Graduate qualifications in Finance and Human Resource Management. Ishmael is a PRINCE2® practitioner and has undergone executive development training. He is one of the founding members of the PMI Zambia chapter.
Katrina is the Head of Project Management at Namibia Business School, University of Namibia. She holds a MBA degree, a Masters's in City Planning and is pursuing a PhD. She is holds a PMP® certification. She is one of the founding members of the PMI Zambia chapter.

Suwilanji Namukonda Chimuka
Suwilanji is a project management specialist with vast experience in business analysis and change management. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration and Masters in Business Analysis. She is PMP certified, a PRINCE2 practitioner and also holds Prince 2 Agile Practitioner, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Change Management Specialist certification. Suwilanji is currently Program and Transformation Head at ZANACO PLC and was instrumental in the establishment of the project office in 2014.

Tobias Mapenda is an Assistant Manager Project Management in the PMO at the Central Bank of Zambia. He holds a master’s degree in Project Management, a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and Association of Business Executives Diploma. Tobias is an experienced mechanical engineer registered with the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ) with over 24 years demonstrated history of working in the banking, water, and mining industries providing services in Project Management, Facility Management, Maintenance Management, Contractor Supervision, Contract Management, and Budgeting. Tobias has the following professional certifications: Professional Engineer, PRINCE2 Foundation, Wicked Problem Solving (WPS) Practitioner and Lean Six Sigma White Belt. He has been a member of PMI since January 2017.
