Namukulo is the Manager of the Project Management Office (PMO) at the Central Bank of Zambia and was instrumental in establishing the PMO in 2014. He has over 18 years of experience in the Information & Communication Technology field. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering and Master’s degrees in Project Management and Business Administration. He has been a PMI member since 2006 and holds PMP and PRINCE2 certifications. He is one of the founding members of the PMI Zambia Chapter.
Billy is a Strategist, Project Manager, Risk and ICT expert and an author with over 15 years of experience in the banking and mining sectors. He is currently working for the Development Bank of Zambia as an Assistant ICT Manager. He holds a Master of Business Administration – Strategic Planning, BSc. Computer Science and a Diploma in Telecommunication Systems. He is currently pursuing certification in Risk management, a PhD in Business Administration and PMI-ACP® certification. Billy has the following professional certifications: PMP, COBIT 5, CCNA, MCT – Exchange server 2013, MCTS – SQL server 2008. He is one of the founding members of the PMI Zambia chapter.
Raphael is an Assistant Director at the Central Bank of Zambia. He is a civil engineer with vast experience in the construction sector. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s degree in Project Management. Raphael was instrumental in setting up the PMO at the Central Bank and has managed several projects ranging from construction to technology projects. He has been a member of PMI since 2002 and is a PMP certification holder. He is one of the founding members of the PMI Zambia chapter.
Director of Finance
Abraham Nyirongo has been a PMP since 2007 with over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. He has worked as project manager on several IT projects in the public and private sector. He is Managing Consultant at Cyberskills Consulting. He has provided consultancy services in the Africa Region. Abraham holds a Master’s Degree in Information Technology (MSc) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). He is one of the founding members of the PMI Zambia Chapter.
Ishmael is the Country Manager at InnoLead Consulting Zambia, a Pan African firm offering Strategy and Project Management Solutions. He is a Strategy Execution Specialist with prior experience in expansion projects and product development. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Project Management and Logistics) and Post Graduate qualifications in Finance and Human Resource Management. Ishmael is a PRINCE2® practitioner and has undergone executive development training. He is one of the founding members of the PMI Zambia chapter.
Director of Membership and Professional Development
Dr Laban Mwansa, MSP®, PMP®, PRINCE2® Practitioner, Agile®, combines his two passions, project management and training by working as a freelance consultant/trainer. Laban has been a consultant and trainer in project management (PMP®, PRINCE2® Practitioner, and PRINCE2 Agile®) in Zambia, South Africa and Europe for many years. Co-Founder and Managing Director of Betaways Innovations Limited in Zambia. He holds a PhD in Computer Science and Engineering and has worked on various ICT projects. Collectively, Laban has over 25 years academic and industrial experience in the ICT/Telco domain. He is one of the founding members of the PMI Zambia chapter.
Katrina is the Head of Project Management at Namibia Business School, University of Namibia. She holds a MBA degree, a Masters's in City Planning and is pursuing a PhD. She is holds a PMP® certification. She is one of the founding members of the PMI Zambia chapter.
