Welcome to the PMI Karachi Pakistan Chapter website!

After spending years of volunteerism with the chapter, it gives me immense pleasure to share my thoughts as the Chapter President. The journey started in 2006 with a small group of project management professionals, today has transformed into a dynamic organization committed to serve the community with our promise to share project management knowledge and create innovations through our development programs.

Karachi Pakistan Chapter has always been instrumental in serving and uplifting the fraternity by developing and conducting diversified professional growth programs. With the rapidly changing global economy, the need to be adaptive and staying relevant has never been so crucial to survival, as a nation and as an individual. The due support provided by our membership has enabled us with the required determination and resilience to achieve our vision and resulted in being recognized as a ‘Dynamic’ chapter by PMI. This global recognition has reaffirmed our commitment to provide exceptional learning programs to our members for professional and community development and to live our core values: Excellence, Integrity, Transparency, People Empowerment and Diversity and Inclusion.

I feel absolutely indebted to be able to participate and contribute to the cause as a volunteer, chapter member and Board member. The passion that keeps each of our Board members going forward, no matter what is the unconditional feeling that fosters mutual respect, care and teamwork that empower individuals while getting the experience of a lifetime.

As a team, our sincere appreciation for all the members, volunteers, chapter board members, who have been critically involved in enabling the chapter to reach greater heights despite all challenges and worked with immense volunteer spirit.

I am incredibly excited about this journey and truly believe that the best of Karachi Pakistan Chapter is yet to come. Looking forward to a fantastic remaining year for our chapter with great achievements for members.

PMI Karachi Chapter achieved a benchmark of excellence by attaining the 500 level reimbursement with the Chapter Guest Pass program! With this achievement, PMI Karachi Chapter have been automatically enrolled as a member of PMI’s 500 Club for 2021.
