Serving as Director, President, and Past President, Michael Becker has demonstrated unwavering commitment to the PMI Toronto Chapter's success. Under his leadership, the chapter underwent a comprehensive review, simplifying processes, enhancing efficiency, and reducing costs. He voluntarily took on additional roles, including Executive Director, during this transition period. Michael championed the adoption of technology tools to support process simplification and collaborated closely with the acting Chapter President to establish a clear strategic plan and budget. He revitalized the chapter's culture, focusing on member value and respecting volunteers' contributions, while streamlining volunteer structures and promoting high-impact initiatives. Beyond the chapter, Michael's impact extended to the local community through the Social Good Committee, fostering cohesion and creating opportunities for members to make a positive impact. His collaborative approach and commitment to PMI values, including making it easy, aiming higher, embracing curiosity, and fostering a sense of togetherness, have significantly enriched the chapter's environment.
