A major upgrade is underway to replace the Chapter Reporting System (CRS) and improve CRS data quality. PMI aims to deliver an initial production model by Q1 of 2022 with a system that provides more accuracy of data and provides the standard chapter reports most used today. This effort will focus on providing a more user friendly, data-accurate and flexible reporting system. We will continue to add more system capabilities during the first half of 2022 by making enhancements recommended by chapters and delivering more reporting capabilities that will be enabled by the new technology. If you have any questions, please contact your regional chapter engagement partner.
