Celebrate a year of Projects on Purpose
Projects on Purpose, the campaign that tells the stories of chapters using project management to support nonprofits, is one year old. Watch the one-year recap on the Projects on Purpose page to see the social impact chapters are delivering worldwide. As part of the celebration, share your own story: if your chapter has run a project, the toolkit on the Marketing Portal helps you capture and share your social impact story.
New Engagement Toolkit for Navigating Project Complexity
Help your members navigate complex projects with confidence. The recent Pulse of the Profession® report identifies five specific practices that drive better outcomes. Use the Engagement Toolkit to share these findings with project professionals, executives, and chapter members. With conversation starters and ready-to-use slides, you can offer guidance they can act on immediately. Access the resources on the Marketing Portal.

Your Chapter Leader Orientation (CLO) Courses Are Moving to a New Platform
PMI is introducing a new learning delivery platform, bringing you the same trusted content with better consistency, progress tracking, and usability. If you have courses in progress, complete them in the current platform by 31 December 2026. On 1 January 2027, any unfinished courses will move to the new platform and restart at 0% progress. To qualify for Chapter Support Reimbursement, all active chapter officers must complete the required CLO course for the current calendar year and have a “Current” status in Chapter System. Review your in-progress courses.
Get Reimbursed for Chapter Activities!
Chapters in good standing can receive up to US$4,000 per calendar year for eligible activities, such as event expenses, promotional materials, and operational costs. Chapters with PMI-approved branches can receive an additional US$1,000 (up to three branches). Please review our updated program FAQs and submit all reimbursement requests by 13 November 2026.
