CSPP Launches 5 June: Prepare your Chapter
On World Environment Day, PMI launches the new Certified Sustainable Project Professional (CSPP) certification, alongside "Executing Sustainability Strategy: When Ambition Meets Reality," a research report that highlights a key gap: 79% of organizations believe sustainability drives long-term success, but only 41% have fully integrated it into projects. The CSPP closes this gap by equipping project professionals to embed sustainability across the project lifecycle. Before 5 June, review the Exam Content Outline and retire any GPM-b™ references in chapter materials such as websites and presentations.
Help Your Chapter Prepare for the Updated PMP® Exam
The updated PMP exam goes live on 9 July. Your chapter is the local support network members turn to first, whether they're already pursuing the certification or still considering it. Launch or grow a study group, and connect candidates with the PMP holders already in your chapter. The PMP Certified Toolkit gives you what you need to do both.
From Teams to Environments: Explore 3 Forces Driving Project Complexity
The 2026 Pulse of the Profession report is here. Driving Success in Complex Projects: From Navigating Tasks to Navigating Systems finds that 97% of Project Professionals managed at least one complex project in the past year, with 81% reporting that complexity is increasing. The report breaks down complexity across three dimensions: organizational, environmental, and human. Share it with your members and explore what it means for how they work.
Maximize Project Success with M.O.R.E.
Project Professionals now have two new resources to maximize project success: the M.O.R.E. In Action eLearning course and “From Vision to Practice: A Playbook to Apply M.O.R.E.” The course builds your capability in high‑stakes project moments and gives you a personalized growth roadmap to delivering M.O.R.E. The playbook helps you extend that learning with practical ideas you can apply again and again on the job. Download the chapter social media post to easily share these new resources with your members.
