Visit Report Completion
Visit teams will no longer complete the visit report in Weave.
- Use the updated Visit Report template located in the Team Resources.
- Use the Visit Standards Chart during the visit while reviewing the program and drafting the report.
Submission Process
The Team Lead will no longer send the visit report to the program for a fact check.
- Following the readout at the conclusion of the visit, submit the completed Visit Report directly to GAC staff at the conclusion of the visit.
- Following the readout at the conclusion of the visit, submit the completed Visit Standards Chart directly to GAC staff at the conclusion of the visit.
GAC Staff and Director Review Process
- At the conclusion of the visit, the team will send the Visit Report and Visit Standard Chart via email GAC.
- GAC staff will coordinate the fact check with the program as part of the optional program response process. GAC Directors will review the Visit Report and the Visit Standards Chart and make a motion for an accreditation decision.
Access to Program Materials
Visit teams will continue to have access to key materials in Weave.
