Tom Bloemers, CDir, CPC, CMA, CSCA, SIP, PMP, CPM-AI has served on the PMI Board since 2023, including as Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee and as a member of the Strategy Oversight Committee.

Bloemers focuses on developing stand-out Finance, Project, and Board professionals. He works with organizations seeking to modernize their finance, project, and board leadership capabilities; strengthen executive talent; and build teams equipped with the skills and mindsets required to lead transformational change. He supports organizations in securing high-performing leaders and advises on capability building, capacity planning, and long-term performance improvement through Executive Search, Leadership Development, and Coaching. His experience spans strategy execution, transformation program management, and operating model redesign through senior roles at Philips, KLM, Deloitte CFO Services, and currently Staan Finance & Consultancy.

He holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Maastricht University and is a Chartered Director, Certified Management Accountant, Strategy Implementation Professional, Certified Professional Coach, and Project Management Professional.
